Are you an experienced leader in residential construction looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to oversee multiple residential building projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Construction Manager- you will lead subcontractors and trades, liaise with clients, and maintain strong compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations for residential projects

Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery

Monitor construction schedules, progress, and budgets

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Conduct quality checks to maintain high construction standards

Provide clear communication and updates to clients, management, and stakeholders

Resolve site issues and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Site or Construction Supervisor in the residential building sector

Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and WHS regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Trade qualification or relevant construction management background
