About the Position

This is a dual-focused role that will see you working across both estimating and scheduling tasks. On a day-to-day basis you’ll:

• Pull together accurate material take-offs and place orders with suppliers
• Prepare documentation to support construction and procurement processes
• Provide cost plans, quotes and variations for upcoming builds
• Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve queries
• Deliver accurate project costings and ensure all quantities are correctly coordinated

What You’ll Bring

To be successful, you’ll already have:

• solid experience in estimating and scheduling within residential construction
• Fluency with MS Officesoftware and relevant industry software such as Databuild or Truth Engine.
• A sharp eye for detail and a collaborative approach to working with others
• Full Australian Working rights as visa sponsorship is not available for this role
