About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our team. This position is focused solely on estimating and would suit a recently qualified Quantity Surveyor or an experienced industry professional. You will be responsible for preparing accurate costings, developing competitive bids, and supporting the delivery of successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for metal roofing and cladding projects.

Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop competitive tenders.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.

Support contract administration, including reviewing terms and variations.

Monitor project budgets to ensure commercial efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence.

Requirements
✔️ Experience in estimating (roofing, cladding, or general construction preferred).
✔️ Knowledge of metal roofing and cladding materials and installation methods preferred.
✔️ Proficiency in estimating software like Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔️ Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
✔️ Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
