About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Focus on Mackay' as a Sales Assistant to the Principal. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and marketing support to the Principal, with a focus on residential sales in the Mackay QLD 4740 region.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns for residential properties

Prepare professional property presentations and advertising materials

Manage client communication and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Provide administrative support, including data entry, file management, and scheduling

Support the Principal with property inspections, open homes, and client meetings

Contribute to the overall success of the sales team through your enthusiasm and attention to detail

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach

Proficiency in using real estate software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology

A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the team
