Our Sunshine Coast Home and Community service is seeking 2 x part-time Service Support Workers.

1 x position based in and around Gympie

1 x position based in and around Noosa

Our Service Support Workers provide invaluable support by providing general household cleaning, laundry, cooking and social support to our older population with help around their homes.

The purpose of this role is to provide our older population with the support they need to remain in their own homes.

About you:

• Comfortable in the use of housekeeping equipment
• Able to follow domestic care plans
• Clear communicator who can maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families
• Demonstrated ability to be able to work independently and effectively with the elderly
• A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded but not required

Qualifications:

• Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
• A current National Police Certificate
