About the role:

Our Cleveland Home and Community service is seeking part-time Service Support Workers.

Anglicare's Home and Community service offers a range of supports and assistance to enable our older population to live their best lives in their own homes. Our Service Support Workers provide invaluable support by providing general household cleaning, laundry, cooking and social support to our older population with help around their homes.

We currently have multiple Part-time opportunities for Service Support Workers, these roles services clients across the Cleveland region. The locations you will be required to travel to: Cleveland, Redland Bay, Victoria Point, Thornlands, Ormiston.

• Comfortable in the use of housekeeping equipment
• Able to follow domestic care plans
• Clear communicator who can maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families
• Demonstrated ability to be able to work independently and effectively with the elderly
• The physical demands of this role will include standing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching etc.

Requirements:

• Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
• A current National Police Certificate

• A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded but not required
