About the Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join our CareScan Medical Imaging team at multiple locations on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. The position is ideal for someone looking for a challenging yet rewarding service-focused career in a supportive, non-judgmental team environment. Above-market remuneration and other benefits are on offer for the right candidate. You will be given training and supervision to succeed in this role.

This position requires rostered weekend work - we are willing to consider casuals for weekend work as well - please indicate this in your cover letter.

About You

Essential Selection criteria:

Experience in core computer skills, including email, MS Office suite, Canva and various AI tolls.

Previous exposure to complex multitasking environments and the ability to prioritise complex tasks

Honest, able to maintain professional confidentiality and is able to adapt quickly.

Desirable attributes:

Experience in clinical assistance (such as dental/medical assistance)

Ability to deliver timely, polite, and efficient customer-focused service.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrated composure under pressure.

Effective prioritisation skills.

Ability to learn quickly.

Ability to follow instructions.

Professional personal presentation.

The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

Those with multilingual abilities will be highly regarded

Honesty, punctuality and willingness to help other team members.

The role requires driving a motor vehicle (supplied)
