About the Role

As our customer service legend, you’ll be the shepherd of our flock, keeping our loyal customers and Black Sheep Club members happy, heard, and coming back for more. They're the reason we get out of bed (and pour that first glass)! You will join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week from Monday to Wednesday.

You’ll be responsible for:

Answering calls and emails– quick, friendly, and always on point.

Keeping the Marketing & Events crew running like a well-oiled machine with top-notch admin support.

Jumping into sales and member campaigns – think friendly hustle, not hard sell.

Teaming up with our Cellar Door legends and Logistics gurus to make sure every order and experience is pure Black Sheep magic.

Taming the beast that is our CRM – data entry, updates, and keeping all our member info sharp and shiny.

About You

You’re a people person through and through, a natural at making others feel valued and part of the flock. You know how to juggle competing priorities, stay cool, calm, and laser-focused even when things get a little hectic. You’re solutions-driven, detail-loving, and you bring a dash of personality to every conversation. Building and maintaining relationships is your jam – and it helps if you enjoy the odd glass of wine now and again, too!

We’re looking for someone who:

Writes and speaks like a pro, clear, warm, and always on brand

Handles a wide range of customer enquiries with grace, speed, and a touch of flair

Has customer service and/or sales experience, ideally in a premium or membership-based setting

Knows their way around Microsoft Office and can navigate a CRM without needing a map

Can stay organised, hit deadlines, and still make it look easy

Loves being part of a team, lifts others up, and tackles challenges with a can-do attitude
