Customer Success Representative

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Arventa was founded in 1996 and supports more than 2500 Australian customers with our innovative compliance and risk management solutions via its flagship platform WHS Monitor - www.whsmonitor.com.au.
The role:
This role is focused on both outbound and inbound customer engagement. You'll be connecting with our existing customers to check in on their experience, track their usage, and ensure they're getting the most out of the WHS Monitor platform.
We are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Representative to work closely with our customers to identify at-risk accounts, surface growth opportunities, and deliver a consistent, value-led customer experience to both users and partners.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
Building strong relationships with our existing customers in Australia and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM
Conduct proactive outbound check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, platform usage, and overall engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues or support expansion opportunities.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers between major account touchpoints.
Provide support for inbound client enquiries
Applicants should have:
1-4 years account manager or customer support experience
Sound technical knowledge/skills (desirable)
Excellent telephone communication skills
High degree of self-motivation and ambition
Positive, confident and determined approach
Problem solving skills
Desire to work as a part of a winning team
