If you’re an experienced agent, you’ll bring:

A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Proven success in residential sales

Strong local knowledge or a genuine interest in the Mornington Peninsula market

A professional, ethical, and client-first approach

The motivation to continue building your career with the proper support behind you

If you’re new to real estate, we’re looking for:

A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or nearing completion)

A proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A natural enthusiasm for property, people, and learning

A drive to build a long-term career in the industry

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with open homes, auctions, buyer follow-up and vendor communications

• Coordinating property campaigns: booking marketing, signage, photography & databasing

• Prospecting and lead generation support (calls, letterbox drops, CRM work)

• Attending auctions, private appointments, listing presentations and training sessions

• Learning the full sales cycle—from appraisal to negotiation and settlement

Base Wage PLUS Commissions (NO Retainers) or Commission Split for Seasoned Pros
