Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping systems running seamlessly? Join a leading food manufacturing business as an ICT Support Engineer, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting our operations across production and corporate environments.

This hands-on role will see you delivering Level 1 & 2 support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring technology is running at peak performance. You’ll also get the chance to work across a wide range of systems and gain exposure to production technologies that are vital to the day-to-day success of the plant.

Rotating roster (week about):

• 4:30 AM – 12:36 PM
• 8:30 AM – 4:36 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 & 2 support for desktop and production systems;
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues;
• Maintain and configure PCs, printers, and other peripheral equipment;
• Assist with installing applications, implementing networks, and supporting remote users;
• Keep documentation up to date for all support processes;
• Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure systems meet operational needs.

About You

• Solid knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems;
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software in both office and production environments;
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset;
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team;
• ITIL v3 Foundation or Microsoft certifications (desirable);
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters to support operational demands.
