The Role
We are seeking a motivated Estimator with some experience in construction estimating to join our team. This role requires strong technical and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for cladding and render projects, covering materials, labour, and timelines.

Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to provide comprehensive cost breakdowns.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing.

Work closely with project managers to ensure estimates align with project scope and deadlines.

Maintain and update a database of material costs and labour rates.

Prepare and submit tender documents and assist in contract negotiations.

Skills & Experience

Experience or basic knowledge of estimating in the construction or external cladding industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive, results-driven approach.
