Personal Care Worker - Aged Care - Sunshine Coast

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join a respected aged care facility located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly residents by providing high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.

Overview:

Small, fully accredited facility

Small close-knit team of staff

$26-$28ph + super

Permanent part-time, with the option to pick up extra shifts

Requirements:

Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (preferred but not always essential)

Up-to-date National Police Check - or a willingness to obtain

COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per government guidelines

Strong communication and interpersonal skill

Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to car

Ability to work independently and as part of a tea

Willingness to follow care plans and support residents with daily living tasks (e.g., hygiene, mobility, meals

Understanding of infection control and manual handling procedures
