A leading Financial Services provider is seeking a Senior Splunk / New Relic Support Engineer with a proven background in monitoring and building dashboards to join their team on a permanent basis.

This organisation is currently undergoing significant transformation across its digital and customer platforms, with a strong focus on stability, observability and customer experience.

Joining a small, dynamic team supporting an internal Customer Loyalty Platform, your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing dashboards in Splunk / New Relic
• Monitoring and incident response
• Platform insights and data analysis
• Engaging with other engineering squads to resolve integration issues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications (i.e. Splunk / New Relic)
• Solid background working in a DevOps / SRE capacity within large, complex environments
• Strong experience working with Splunk / New Relic including building complex dashboards and troubleshooting
• Proven experience supporting large, customer-facing platforms
• Understanding of ITIL practices including incident/problem/change processes combined with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Good working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker), and API gateway tools (e.g., Apigee)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a mindset for continuous improvement
