About the Opportunity

Finlayson's is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Inventory Coordinator to support daily store operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating inventory movements and supporting loss prevention strategies.

Your role will also include goods receipting, update inventory records, and ensure data accuracy.

This is a Permanent full-time position with great hours from 6:30am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday, based in our Woodridge location.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate stocktakes and cycle counts across retail and trade operations.

Review and action daily inventory reports

Monitor and action negative stock, obsolete lines, damaged goods and cycle counts.

Manage overstocks, non-moving items, and site to site stock transfers

Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams.

Manage stock returns to suppliers and process customer credits.

Handle goods receipting and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in inventory coordination within a retail environment.

Familiarity with retail inventory systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Experience in stocktake coordination and loss prevention (highly desirable)
