Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for double-storey and custom homes
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Review plans, specifications, and variations for accuracy
• Support pre-construction planning and provide clear documentation to the delivery team
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure cost efficiency and build quality

What You’ll Bring:

• 8–10 years’ WA-based estimating experience in luxury, double-storey, and custom homes
• Strong knowledge of WA residential building codes and materials
• Proficiency with relevant estimating software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full Australian working rights
