Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a national landscaping company that has several exciting new maintenance contracts on the Gold Coast. We are seeking a motivated Team Leader who is ready to step up into a Supervisor role.

About the Role
You will oversee maintenance operations, splitting your time between site supervision and office based tasks. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in the field, training and supporting staff, ensuring work quality, and managing schedules. The other 50% will involve planning, client liaising, reporting, and attending meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for a leading hand or team leader looking for career progression.

Key Duties

• Supervise and train a small team on horticultural maintenance tasks
• Manage scheduling, minor project coordination, and reporting
• Balance fieldwork with administrative responsibilities
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met

What We Are Looking For

• Full driver’s licence and White Card
• Horticulture qualifications (Certificate preferred)
• Experience leading small teams in landscaping or horticulture
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
