Program Manager

Step into a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be the steady presence guiding two large OSHC services. You’ll coach and support your team on the floor, build strong routines, and create a fun, inclusive, high-quality program for every child.

What’s on Offer

• $90–100k + 4 weeks leave (flex for the right person)

We’re Looking For

• A strong leader with large-team management experience
• Skilled in behaviour guidance & staff development
• Diploma-level (or higher) ACECQA-approved qualification (Teaching, Early Childhood, Youth Work, etc.)
• Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Calm, confident & experienced (4+ years preferred)

Service Operating Hours

• Before School Care: 6:00am – 8:40am
• After School Care: 2:40pm – 6:30pm
• Vacation Care: 6:00am – 6:30pm

Admin time scheduled outside of contact hours.
