In joining their established office as a Property Manager, you would be overwhelmed with support, have a driven/positive Property Management team to bounce off, a caring principal and management who are extremely approachable and not to mention the most modern technologies and processes to make use of daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of a well looked after portfolio of 150 properties in Springfield Lakes
• Rental arrears/reviews and maintaining strong communication and rapport with landlords, tenants and trades people
• Get exposure to all facets of the property management division
• Attention to detail when conducting entry/exit reports and routine inspections
• Maintain the property maintenance and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest care

Qualifications Required:

• Strong experience as a Property Manager
• Valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle
• A great team player with an approachable and positive personality
• Superb attention to detail and time management skills
• Be a confident communicator and well presented
