What you'll be doing

Leading and supporting a team of 4 sales administrators in Wacol

Providing oversight and guidance to 4 branch admin staff across QLD

Streamlining sales support processes, systems and templates

Managing sales reports, dashboards, pipelines and project tracking

Coordinating stock allocation and forward order program (FOP) activities

Supporting training and development across the team

Collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to improve workflow

Assisting with admin recruitment, performance reviews and team growth

What we're looking for

Experience in a senior admin, coordinator or team lead role

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to manage and support remote or multi-site teams

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.)

Familiar with SharePoint, MS Planner - Power BI experience a bonus

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

Proactive, solutions-focused and able to drive continuous improvement

Project Management certification (or willingness to obtain one)
