The Opportunity:
We are seeking a qualified Boilermaker to join our team in a permanent role. This position offers a unique balance of workshop-based fabrication and site installation/maintenance work, providing variety and exposure to different projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fabrication, welding, and assembly of steel components in line with project requirements and AS 1554.1

Undertake installation, repair, and maintenance activities on-site.

Accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Operate and maintain fabrication equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and clients to achieve project outcomes.

About You:

Trade qualified Boilermaker (Certificate of Proficiency – Fabrication or equivalent).

Demonstrated experience in both workshop fabrication and site-based installation.

Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings.

Safety-conscious with a commitment to adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Flexible and reliable, with a positive approach to varied work environments.

Current driver’s licence required; high-risk work licences (e.g., EWP, forklift, rigging,dogging) is highly desirable.
