Australian Metro Logistic Solution Pty Ltd has been proudly serving the Greater Sydney area for several years with providing reliable door-to-door and interstate delivery services for leading international 3PL companies, we now deliver directly to customers across more than 200 postal codes areas. To support the daily business operation, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team and support our growing business.

This role is primarily administrative and involves managing key project documentation, verifying supplier invoices, and supporting the smooth financial and logistical flow of our projects.

About the Role

Coordinate day-to-day project administration tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.

Process and monitor supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery records.

Assist with procurement by managing supplier information, updating price lists, and maintaining purchase documentation.

Prepare and maintain reports, registers, and tracking spreadsheets for management review.

Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth operations.

Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing submissions, drafting correspondence, and implementing decisions.

Support office coordination, including arranging workspace requirements and assisting with logistics planning

About You

At least 2 years relevant experience in project administration or a related role.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project tracking tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced team.
