Preferred Requirements:

Experience in Education and Care with knowledge of OOSH (minimum 1 years)

Understanding of play-based programs and Early Childhood Education

Comfortable in building positive relationships with staff, children, and families

Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check

Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:

A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
