Do you have the clinical expertise and heart to guide individuals and families through end-of-life care with dignity and compassion?
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our close-knit Clinical Team. In this role, you will:
Deliver advanced, evidence-based palliative nursing care to clients in their homes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and personalised care
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to colleagues and students
Promote client autonomy, dignity, and quality of life during end-of-life care
Participate in ongoing service development, education, and quality initiatives
What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 3 years’ experience in advanced palliative care nursing
Strong clinical decision-making and holistic assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
The ability to participate in our 24/7 care roster - including weekends and on call
A current QLD Class C Driver’s Licence (essential)
Postgraduate qualifications in Palliative Care (desirable)
