We have an fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing OT team.

Back2You Therapy provides Mobile Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services primarily to teens and adults living with complex neurological conditions.

It is very important to us to provide quality support to both participants and the Back2You team. To join our amazing team, we are looking for:

A highly motivated individual and currently registered Occupational Therapist

Experience working within the NDIS

A driven and committed individual who works well independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Sound understanding of evidence-based approaches and the NDIS

Ability to represent Back2You in a person-centred, respectful and professional manner

Thrive in a culture of collaboration, respect and continuous improvement

What you can expect from Back2You

Dedicated support including weekly meetings with leadership and/or external clinical supervisor

Ongoing professional development including training and career enhancement to help you reach your professional goals

$1000 per annum for professional development

2 days additional leave a year for professional development

Requirements

Current AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist

NDIS experience/understanding

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with clients and carers in a professional and empathetic manner

CPR & First Aid Certificate

Police Check

Driver's License

NDIS Worker's Screening
