Our Springwood office is one of our larger sites, home to a multidisciplinary team of 19, including nine Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and Exercise Physiologists. The team is wholesome, warm and down-to-earth, genuinely enjoying each other’s company and regularly catching up over team breakfasts and lunches. The office is modern and open-plan, featuring well-resourced clinic rooms and excellent on-site parking. Conveniently located just off the motorway, it offers easy access for community visits. The caseload is varied within the NDIS space, leaning slightly towards paediatrics, although there is flexibility to take on more adult clients. Presentations are primarily developmental and include autism, intellectual disability, ADHD, mental health, and neurological or neuro degenerative conditions.

Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You

You will also hold:

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Ideal role for Occupational therapists with 0-4 years experience
