The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Plan Manager to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role with plenty of variety, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and staying organised.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all participant and provider invoice-related queries
Processing invoices using Planability
Lodging payment requests and resolving claim issues
Communicating clearly via phone and email with Participants, Providers, Families, Support Coordinators, and Stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records in line with NDIS compliance
Supporting participant onboarding and offboarding
Managing consent forms and PRODA-related tasks
Confidently completing manual claims when required
Document and maintain internal processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the business
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in NDIS Plan Management (essential)
Strong knowledge of NDIA legislation, line item codes, and compliance requirements
Experience using Planability (highly desired)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and DocuSign
Strong communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment
Proactive, self-motivated mindset with problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently while collaborating

About the Role
This is a full-time, work-from-home role. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience working remotely and the ability to manage the responsibilities that come with this arrangement. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia and be willing to undergo and maintain all relevant screening checks. Tertiary qualifications in bookkeeping, business management, or administration will be highly regarded.
