With hot leads pouring in and massive demand, we’re looking for proven sales assassins, not customer service reps.

What You’ll Do

Engage warm inbound and outbound leads who have already expressed interest in reviewing their super — help them realize what’s at stake if they don’t act and what’s possible if they do.

Say goodbye to manual dialling — our intelligent AI dialler boosts connection rates so you can focus on booking and closing.

Qualify prospects and book appointments directly into our Client Managers’ calendars

Follow proven scripts and processes. Our approach is discovery-driven helping prospects to uncover problems they didn’t know they had

Maintain accurate records in our Hubspot CRM

Work closely with the team leader and sales manager to achieve and exceed KPI’s

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in inbound and outbound booking appointments in superannuation, financial services, health insurance, property campaigns, or high ticket sales

Ambitious and highly motivated individuals hungry to earn uncapped commission

Confident phone manner and ability to follow proven systems and processes

Driven by targets, goals, KPIs and performance-based rewards

Ambitious, positive, and driven with a strong work ethic

Hubspot CRM and Google Suite experience highly desired

The kind of salesperson who actively invests in their craft — whether it’s books, courses, YouTube or ongoing sales training, you're always sharpening the axe

Fluent English-speaking ability is a must
