As a growing home building company based in West Perth, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

West Perth | Immediate Start | Part-Time | $75,000 - $85,000 - pro-rata + super

Key responsibilities will include:

· Manage the accounts payable functions, which will include processing supplier and subcontractor invoices, payment batching and ensuring approvals are obtained

· Recording of actual costs against purchase orders worksheets

· Manage the accounts receivable function including invoice processing and final progress claim reconciliations

· Emailing suppliers and subcontractors

· Bank and credit card reconciliations

· Answering all incoming telephone calls and redirecting enquiries

· Ordering office stationery

· Other administrative and general office duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

· Previous experience in construction or building industry highly regarded

· Good IT skills with MYOB and MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

· Be well presented, outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly

· Very good communication skills with a professional phone manner

· The ability to priorities and multitask

· Mature and enthusiastic attitude

· Punctuality, Reliability and Honesty

· Strong eye for detail
