Lubricant Specialists Australia (LSA Oils) is a privately owned, national oil company with blending plants across VIC, QLD, and WA.

We manufacture and market a full range of premium lubricants and greases for mobile and fixed plant applications across the Civil, Automotive, Industrial, Commercial, Mining, and Agriculture sectors. Our trusted brand portfolio includes LSA Oils, Phoenix Lubricants, Lube Assist, QP Lubes, and Synforce Lubricants.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're on the hunt for an energetic, results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our growing NSW team, focusing on North Sydney and surrounding areas.

This full-time role offering a rare mix of responsibilities:

50% on the road servicing an existing trade customer base and developing new business in the North Sydney region

50% in-store at our Moorebank front-of-store operation, supporting walk-in trade customers and driving local sales initiatives

You'll manage an established territory while hunting for new opportunities to grow our market presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, understand lubricants (or be willing to learn quickly), and be driven to exceed customer expectations.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in lubricants, automotive, or industrial sectors

Proven track record in territory management and business development

Confident negotiator with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and assisting with product delivery when required

Passion for cars, bikes, boats, or mechanical industries is a big plus

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the North Sydney territory

WHAT’S ON OFFER

Base salary: $85,000 – $100,000 p/a
