About the Role

• Manage and deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to a paediatric caseload tailored to your clinical interests.
• Provide therapy sessions in a variety of settings: clinic, schools, homes, or via telehealth.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support best outcomes.
• Run optional group therapy programs (e.g., school readiness, social skills, literacy).
• Participate in or lead clinical supervision, case discussions, and mentoring (if desired).
• Opportunities to contribute to service development and clinical leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current SPA membership
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in paediatrics (private practice preferred but not essential)
• Current WWCC, Police Check, and Driver’s Licence
