About the role

Pheasants Nest Produce is seeking an enthusiastic Retail/Produce Assistant to join our passionate team. In this full-time role, you will be based in our store in Picton, NSW, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our high-quality fresh produce offerings both retail and wholesale.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product selection and providing exceptional customer service

Ensuring the fresh produce displays are well-stocked, organised and visually appealing

Receiving, rotating and maintaining the quality of all fresh produce.

Making up of orders for our Wholesale customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or produce-focused role, preferably in a customer-facing environment

An enthusiastic and friendly demeanour, with a passion for providing excellent customer service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team

A keen interest in fresh produce and a commitment to food safety and quality

A valid drivers licence for Wholesale deliveries.
