The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations across a mix of new build projects up to $10M and refurbishment works. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors, and trades.
• Monitor project timelines, schedules, and daily site progress.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety inspections.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
• Assist with short-term programming and resource planning.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on new build and refurbishment projects up to $10M.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety systems, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to time, quality, and safety standards.
