About the role...
This isn’t your typical partnerships gig — this is where industry meets influence.
As our Group Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the connector who brings industry associations, employer groups, peak bodies, and government stakeholders together to create real impact. One day you’re co-designing initiatives with a national industry association, the next you’re presenting workforce solutions to an employer network or briefing a local MP to drive visibility and influence.

This role positions The BUSY Group as a trusted partner to associations and their members, identifying collaboration opportunities and shaping initiatives that respond to industry-wide needs such as skills shortages, diversity and inclusion, and youth employment. Through proactive engagement, market insights, and high-impact presentations, you’ll help expand our reach, deepen industry trust, and strengthen our reputation as a leader in employment services and skills development.
