About the role

Dance It Forward is seeking a passionate and experienced Part Time Dance Instructor to join our dynamic team in Miranda, NSW. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative dance classes to adults of varying skill levels.

Availability: Weekdays from 5-9.30pm, plus occasional Saturday evenings.

What you'll be doing

Deliver engaging dance classes that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student

Plan and execute choreography for showcase performances, and other events

Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills

Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Collaborate with the wider Dance It Forward team to enhance the studio's programming and offerings

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a dance instructor, with a strong background in a variety of dance styles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students

A passion for dance and a commitment to continuously improving your craft

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and time management skills

Relevant qualifications in dance or a related field

Ballroom & Latin knowledge a bonus!
