The Role

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Dispatch Worker to join our team in Bangalow. Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our operation humming and our customers happy.

Here’s what your days will look like:

Picking, counting, and packing linen orders so they’re spot-on every time.

Using our online ordering system to track and manage dispatch.

Getting carts and cages organised and loading/unloading delivery trucks.

Keeping the dispatch area tidy, safe, and running smoothly.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our drivers, laundry team, and dispatch manager to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience — we’ll give you training. What matters most is attitude:

You’ve got great attention to detail (because our customers notice!).

You’re comfortable with tech and happy to learn our ordering system.

You’re reliable and love working as part of a team.

You’re physically fit — lifting, pushing, and pulling linen carts is part of the deal.

Bonus points if you’ve done dispatch, warehouse, or laundry work before.
