Antoniou Fillo Pastry is Australia’s leading manufacturer of Fillo Pastry, Kataifi Pastry and Fillo Pastry products. Our family owned and operated business operates out of our purpose-built facility in South Western Sydney. We have been perfecting the art of our pastry products for the last 64 years and pride ourselves on the quality of the food products we manufacture. We have been supplying our customers Australia wide and abroad, across multiple generations. Our priority is to maintain and deliver the highest standard in everything we do, ensuring all food products produced at our factory are of exceptional quality and satisfy our ever growing customer base. Qualifications & experience

KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD HYGIENE: food hygiene practices are critical to ensuring only the highest quality products are produced in our factory

ABILITY TO SPEAK ENGLISH: we require our staff to be able to speak English and communicate with other team members

FOOD PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE: experience working in a food facility is desired but is not mandatory

Tasks & responsibilities

CUTTING & HAND LOADING DOUGH: You will be physically cutting and loading pastry dough into machines throughout your shift

CLEANING: this job requires continuous cleaning of machinery & work spaces

HEAVY LIFTING: this role involves some heavy lifting, up to 20kg

ACTIVE JOB: you will be on your feet, continuously moving around for your entire shift which requires you to be physically fit

FOLLOW PRODUCTION PROCESSES: this ensures only the best quality product is produced to specification.

Full Time Hours

Monday - Friday

6:00am - 4.00pm with overtime pay.
