As our Senior Accountant, you’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of loyal clients, oversee complex tax & SMSF work, and mentor both onshore and offshore accounting teams. We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to lead client relationships, oversee complex tax and compliance work, and mentor a talented accounting team—both onshore and offshore.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead relationship management for existing clients and develop new business opportunities

Oversee the preparation and review of income tax returns & financial reports for companies, trusts, individuals, and SMSFs

Provide technical expertise, guidance, and training to accounting staff

Manage offshore accountants, workflow, WIP, and the SMSF process

Drive cashflow initiatives and maintain positive supplier relationships

Act as Training Coordinator—ensuring the team stays ahead on tax updates, compliance changes, and best practices

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in public practice accounting (manager or senior accountant level)

Strong technical knowledge across tax, compliance, and SMSF

Excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills

Ability to handle complex clients and manage multiple priorities
