Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to work by the beach in a friendly, supportive team? Our client is seeking a confident and capable Senior Property Manager to take over a well-managed portfolio, with the full support of an assistant—no leasing or accounts involved.

Due to the current Senior PM relocating, we’re looking for someone to step into this role ASAP and continue delivering the high level of service our clients know and trust.

The Role

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 210 residential properties
• Oversee and support a capable assistant
• No leasing and no accounts – focus on what you do best
• Use industry-standard systems

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate License preferred)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using PM software and managing a large portfolio
