Key Responsibilities

Lead and promote HSE & RTW compliance initiatives.

Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and systems.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Deliver safety and environmental training to employees and contractors.

Provide clear and actionable advice to leadership and operational teams.

Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in HSE & RTW practices.

Assist the Plant Manager with general administration tasks.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Minimum Certificate IV in OHS (mandatory)

Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 (desirable)

· Certificate in Lead Auditor Training (desirable)

Proven experience in HSE & RTW

A sound understanding of HSE & RTW legislation, standards, and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent administration skills using all Microsoft Office Products.
