Humero has been exclusively engaged by a high profile, multi-stakeholder joint venture to appoint a commercially astute Senior Financial Accountant. This position offers an opportunity to play an important role within the finance function of a largescale, mixed use precinct combining luxury hospitality, entertainment and retail.

Currently transitioning from construction to operational readiness, this complex asset requires someone to support across a broad range of finance functions including financial reporting, governance and performance.

The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with operational stakeholders, this position is pivotal in managing financial reporting, compliance and supporting across budgeting & forecasting. You will ensure seamless financial controls while supporting long term strategic growth. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, where financial insights drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance across operations
• Support month end and year end financial processes & consolidated reporting
• Assist with project costing and financial controls
• Provide insights into budget forecasts, cash flow, and financial planning
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial efficiency

About You

• CA/CPA qualified
• Experience across financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
• Strong problem solving skills to interpret financial data and inform decision making
• Excellent communication abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams
• Ability to be hands on and contribute to building out processes and systems
