The role

Due to growth within their Water division, they are currently searching for an experienced Water Resources Engineer to run the water component within a range of civil projects within QLD.

Working closely with the QLD roads and rail teams, this role will work across a range of projects in Brisbane and occasionally nationally alongside a growing team of Designers and Engineers.

The responsibilities

Lead the Surface Water component of large projects

Mentorship of younger team

Flood assessments, Hydrology and hydraulic modelling

Coordination with national water team

Site visits

Client interface

The requirements

Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Experience in Surface Water / Hydrology modeling

Experience on TUFLOW and/or HEC-RAS

Interest in client facing

Desire to take a lead and run projects
