Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and body treatments.

Deliver specialist services such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, IPL, and other advanced skincare therapies.

Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend tailored treatment plans and skincare products.

Ensure the treatment environment is clean, hygienic, and well-stocked at all times.

Provide training and guidance to junior therapists and new team members.

Support the manager with administrative tasks, including stock control, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies.

Build lasting client relationships and promote repeat business.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company and regulatory requirements. manage treatment schedules and ensure the smooth daily operation of the salon.

Requirements:

Diploma, Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a clinic or aesthetic setting.

Proven experience with clinical-grade treatments and skin analysis.

Excellent knowledge of skin types, conditions, and corrective procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional manner.

Ability to mentor and inspire junior therapists.

Comfortable working in a results-focused, fast-paced clinical environment.

Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
