About the Role:

Carry out carpentry, joinery and repair tasks

Maintain and restore existing structures, fittings and finishes.

Complete preventative maintenance to ensure our property is safe, functional and presented to the highest standards

Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and other departments to address repair needs promptly and effectively.

Who we are looking for:

Trade-qualified carpenter

Proven experience in property maintenance

Strong repair and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Positive, reliable and proactive approach

Commitment to safe work practices and quality finishes.
