About the role

Craig Rynne Constructions Pty Ltd, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Annerley, QLD. This is a full-time position that will see you play a vital role in the successful delivery of a range of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, flooring, roofing, and finishing

Work will vary between the following, extensions, new Builds, house lifting, renovations and smaller projects

Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work

Collaborating with the construction team to identify and resolve any issues that arise

Maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail on all tasks

Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards

You will be running your own team, including mentoring and training apprentices and junior carpenters

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified Carpenter, preferably in the residential or commercial construction industry

Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Strong carpentry skills, including framing, flooring, roofing, and finishing

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Commitment to working safely and following all relevant health and safety regulations

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Exceptional eye for detail and quality work

Ability to mentor and train junior team members

Ability to work unsupervised

Experience with the Build Xact Program is an advantage but not required.
