We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our established dental practice in Mount Hawthorn on a full time/part-time basis.

Position Details

Location: Mount Hawthorn

Hours: Full time/Part-time position

One evening shift per week (finishing at 7pm)

Alternate Saturdays

Start Date: Immediate preferable

Key Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

D4W (Dental for Windows) experience preferred - however, we are happy to provide comprehensive training for the right candidate

Previous dental reception or medical reception experience (advantageous but not essential)

Basic computer skills
