About the role

Capital 19 is seeking a motivated Option Traders Assistant to join the team in our Sydney office. This is a full-time role suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience in a similar role. A genuine and demonstratable interest in trading options is essential, as is the desire to help other investors.

What you'll be doing

Client Onboarding. Data entry for new client accounts

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Investment Advice and Education: Offer expert guidance on investment strategies, including stock and option trading

Trade Execution: Efficiently execute client trades, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

What we're looking for

Demonstratable interest in trading options.

Genuine desire to help clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using trading platforms and data analysis tools

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Keen interest in the financial markets and a passion for options trading

Hold or be working towards relevant industry certifications (e.g. RG146)
