We are still looking for Mrs. or Mr. Right to fill the position of a casual or full time front of house professional. And, sorry, when I am looking for a professional, I do actually mean a professional, I am talking about a career waiter/waitress, or all-rounder whatever you call it here. If you can't even carry a tray or more than two plates, please don't waste your or my time and please don't apply, thank you.

I don't mean to be rude but we are way too busy to teach adults the trade while paying high hourly rates, that's not very smart management, isn't it? And it makes you looks silly, if our strong 17 year old juniors run circle around you. So, even if we don't take ourselves that serious, we are bloody serious that we need a strong, solid adults that can hold their own and don't need me to babysit them on a section when we do 100 pax for lunch...

I am a WSET level 4 Diploma DipWSET and it would be great if you have a basic or more knowledge of international beverages (but not a deal breaker if you can carry 3 plates ;-) ) as we offer a very good selection of international beverages and an extensive wine list. Our senior waiter Tate will happily chew your ear off telling you all about those wines when he spent 6 months in Europe on a wine trip. We extended our opening hours to meet the demand in our popular German/Austrian style restaurant, and you might have heard me yodeling on 91.1 HOTFM. Plenty work and hours to go around. We do have a very strong day trade in case you'd just like to work for lunch.

Anyone working with us needs to be a peoples person with great attitude and great manners.

You need to embrace that we might operate a bit different than other places as I am not just the owner, but also the operator with 35+ years in hospo... and I LOVE my job.

Casual or full time, you are definitely a part of our tip pool and that's a very nice extra each month.

For the right (professional) candidate we'll offer a salary position with a 4 day week!

Live in accommodation with pool on site is available too.
