Christie Conference Spaces Brisbane is seeking a casual operations employee to deliver 5 star service to our Conference Centre.

Our small team is dedicated to delivering the best service possible to the clients and participants who come to Christie Conference Spaces at 320 Adelaide Street, Brisbane CBD.

You will be part of a small team working to ensure the smooth running of our Conference Centre.

This may involve;

Setting up conference rooms according to each function’s requirements (catering, equipment, and any additional set up requirements)

Daily conference operations including food and beverage service

Cleaning of conference rooms

Assisting our guests with any issues they may have

Working to ensure our guests are well taken care of and all their needs are met to the best of your ability

Help maintain superb building presentation

Assisting with any projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably required

Our ideal candidate:

Previous food and beverage experience

Knowledgeable in AV including data projectors and PA Systems

RSA certificate

The ability to work autonomously; take pride and ownership of tasks along with an exceptional eye for detail are standards that we will seek.

Time management and organisational skills

Good written and verbal communication skills important
