Technical Skills That Set You Up for Success
We work with a broad tech stack. Experience with the following will be highly valued:

• Strong hands-on coding in Python
• Deep understanding of Python ecosystems and tools (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, parallelisation)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies
• Solid grasp of software design patterns and best practices
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Proficiency in automated testing (unit, regression)
• Strong focus on application security
• Exposure to observability tools
• Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
